At Ouulala Collective, we aim to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for all of our customers. Below is an overview of our shipping policies:
Processing Time:
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 - 4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we will send a notification with your tracking information.
Domestic Shipping:
- We currently just ship to the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package. Free shipping is available to orders over $150.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer shipping to international countries at this time. We hope to add international shipping soon! We apologize for any inconveniences.
Shipment Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays:
- Delivery times are estimated and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. Please note that we are not responsible for these delays, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package.
Refunds/Returns:
- Please refer to the Refund Policy.
Address Errors:
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to input errors. If an error occurs, please contact us as soon as possible at ouulalacollective@gmail.com to update your address before the order is shipped.
