Refund Policy

At Ouulala Collective, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Request: Please email us at ouulalacollective@gmail.com to start a return. 
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (e.g., swimsuits, undergarments) cannot be returned.
  • Condition of Returns: Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, you will receive a refund to store gift card as we do not offer refunds to original payment method at this time. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Returns:

  • To return your product, please start a refund request for the return address.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, loss, or theft Items:

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at ouulalacollective@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • If the purchased product is lost or stolen, please collect evidence and contact us immediately.
